Some claims stay with you forever.
A few years ago, I was helping a family with the claim process for their little girl, who was bravely fighting a rare illness. My only hope was that everything would be processed smoothly, so it could ease a small part of the burden they were carrying.
On my way to settle the claim, I received the heartbreaking news that she had passed away.
I was speechless.
That day reminded me that behind every policy number and every claim form is a real family going through one of the hardest moments of their lives.
Working in this profession has taught me that insurance isn’t just about paperwork or financial benefits. It’s about standing beside families when life takes an unexpected turn.
We cannot prevent every tragedy, but having the right protection can help ensure that financial worries don’t become an additional burden during an already painful time.
May she rest in peace, and may her family continue to find strength and comfort.
