Recently just keeping things low-key, focusing on work quietly.
But as always, referrals still coming in consistently 🤍

For those who know me —
I’m handling loan submissions, and I’m also an accountant.

So bila client ada issue, I don’t just submit and wait…

I actually go deep into their financials to understand what’s holding them back.

Kadang-kadang bukan tak layak beli rumah —
they just need proper structure, time, and the right strategy.

I’m quite patient with my clients.

Step by step, I guide them sampai jadi.

And I’m always happy when they trust the process —
willing to follow through until we finally secure their home.

Multiple calls, different banks, rework cases —
I don’t mind, as long as we get the best outcome.

This is one of my clients who followed my guidelines closely, and I assisted in preparing the necessary documents.
However, there are times when some clients may find it challenging to provide all the required documentation.

Hari ni I nak cerita sikit pasal pemilihan lawyer.
As a mortgage consultant, I nampak banyak sangat situation — agent pun ada, client pun ada — semua nak pilih lawyer sendiri. Honestly, I dah malas nak argue.

Sebab apa?
Client ada hak untuk pilih lawyer, yes. Tapi realitinya… bukan semua lawyer sama.

Pandai ≠ competent
Ada lawyer pandai study, pandai lulus exam — tapi bila masuk real case, ex*****on kelaut.
Tak semua efficient
Ada kes boleh jalan laju, tapi sangkut sebab lawyer slow, tak proactive, tak follow up.
Bila compare kerja, terus nampak level

Kadang client pergi tanya second opinion. Bila lawyer lain tengok file tu… terus nampak benda tak logik.
Even lawyer yang very experienced pun boleh gelak tengok cara kerja tu.

End of the day, bukan pasal murah atau kenal siapa.
Ini pasal siapa yang boleh deliver kerja dengan betul, cepat, dan tak menyusahkan semua pihak.

Kalau silap pilih, bukan setakat delay… boleh effect loan, agreement, sampai stress satu chain.

Sekarang ramai owner jual rumah bukan sebab tak sayang…

Tapi sebab perlukan duit cepat.

– CCRIS tak cantik
– DSR tinggi
– Banyak komitmen sedia ada
– Pernah reject sebelum ni

Masalahnya bukan rumah.
Masalahnya struktur kewangan yang tak disusun.
