Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Salary: $3,500 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM (10-hour shift), 5 days a week (including weekends)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. You must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Providing product information and assisting customers with placing orders
Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Updating customer information and maintaining customer records
Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Meeting and exceeding customer service goals and metrics
Requirements:
Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
