离婚手续跑着，法庭还没判下来，那段日子最怕什么？
万一你不幸运“走”先，你辛苦赚的钱、你的屋子会去哪里？
⚠️根据法律，大部分会给你那个正在跟你离婚的人！

是不是很无奈？不用紧，解决方法很简单：
一句话讲完：现在、立刻、马上，去写一张遗嘱！

为什么一定要？
• 只要离婚证书一天没出，法律上你们还是夫妻。你“走”了，他/她是有权分你的财产

• 你写遗嘱，你就可以自己做决定：你的钱要给你阿妈、给你孩子、还是给你姐妹，你讲了算

你的财产怎样分？
• 你个人名下的东西（你自己的银行户口、你买的保险、你婚前买的屋）：全部你都可以写在遗嘱里，要送谁你开心就好。

• 联名的东西（比如联名的屋子）：你可以写你的“那份”要给谁。如果最后法庭判完给对方，你那部分就自动不算数咯，所以写了也不亏的！

👶 有孩子的爸妈，看这边！这个很重要！
你以为写遗嘱分给孩子就搞定？No no no...
孩子一到18岁，法律上讲就算大人了，保管人（执行人）是要一次过把全部钱交给他的咯！
你想象一下，一个18岁的年轻人突然拿到一大笔钱... 会怎样？😰

Your divorce isn’t done, the court hasn’t issued the judgment… that’s the tricky period.
What if something happens to you now? Where will your hard-earned money and property go?
⚠️ Legally, most of it could end up with your spouse.

Don’t panic, solution is simple: Write your will immediately!
Why it matters:
• Until the divorce is official, you’re still legally married. Your spouse can claim your assets if something happens.
• With a will, you decide who gets your money and property—your mum, kids, siblings… your choice.
What you can include:
• Your own stuff: bank accounts, insurance, pre-marriage property, send it to whoever you want.
• Joint stuff: like a jointly owned house, you can specify who gets your share. If the court later awards it to your spouse, no harm done.

Parents with young children need to be extra careful.
Leaving money to your kids isn’t enough. At 18, they become adults, and the executor must give them everything at once. Imagine a young adult suddenly getting a huge sum… risky, right?
