𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐎𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐀𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐃𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐬
I met Everly in March 2021. Since the beginning, I noticed that she was quite an outstanding individual with good qualities. Since she was young, she aspired to become more.
She didn’t want to be the average person working in a safe full-time job in an office. She wanted to be the best of the best and become the top in everything she did.
She came for an interview at my office and told me she wanted to join V100 because she wanted to realise her dream to achieve MDRT. Every ambitious insurance professional dreams of the Million Dollar Round Table. I could clearly see the enthusiasm and passion for success in Everly.
At first, I hesitated to bring her into our team because she had been with another insurance agency for some time 🫣🤫😬However, I could see she was very sincere and determined to reach her goals. She was willing to give 101% of her time, energy and effort to go all the way to make it happen. Her good attitude and hardworking nature impressed me the most 🔥😍
In less than 𝟐𝟏 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐬 with us, she managed to make her dreams come true.
She is very hardworking, had all the right characteristics and qualities. She just needed that extra guidance and learn the right strategies to make things fall into place and happen for her. Whatever happens, Everly will make things work. By providing her with the right support and training system, she was able to grow and excel at top speed.
