Bagi memudahkan permohonan dalam talian i-Citra, please make sure nombor telefon bimbit dalah sama seperti dalam rekod KWSP bagi urusan penerimaan 'one-time password' (OTP), di samping ada akaun bank yang masih aktif untuk bayaran pengeluaran terbabit.

i-Citra membolehkan ahli yang layak untuk membuat pengeluaran simpanan KWSP mereka sehingga jumlah maksimum RM5,000 tertakluk kepada jumlah baki simpanan dalam akaun 1 dan 2.
