VentureTECH is proud to welcome three dynamic Bumiputera technology companies — Move Robotic Sdn. Bhd., Recove Group Sdn Bhd and EBrelle Laptop for the Blind— to our growing portfolio. Marked by the Investment Agreement Signing Ceremony at Pulse Grande Hotel, Putrajaya, this milestone reinforces our mandate as a government-backed impact investment company to catalyse high-growth, high-value (HGHV) industries in Malaysia.
The ceremony was graced by distinguished guests, including Datuk Ir. Khalilur Rahman Ebrahim (Chairman of VentureTECH), Ts. Rushdi Abdul Rahim (President and CEO of MIGHT), Dr. Haji Hisham Kamal Othman Kamal (Deputy Director II – Bumiputera Development, Equity Development Division, Ministry of Economy) and Puan Rafea'ah Haji Nahar (Under Secretary, Strategic Planning Division, MOSTI). Together with our new investees, we remain committed to elevating local talent and building a sustainable, technology-driven national ecosystem.
These investments are aligned with the strategic aspirations of the Bumiputera Economic Transformation Plan 2035 (PuTERA35) and reflect VentureTECH’s continued commitment to backing Bumiputera companies with the ambition and capability to compete at regional and global levels. By advancing industrial automation, digital inclusion and healthcare innovation, VentureTECH is supporting homegrown companies that combine technological innovation with strong commercial viability, while strengthening Malaysia’s innovation ecosystem and creating sustainable socio-economic value for the nation.
