VentureTECH is proud to welcome PEMACU Kerjaya Cohort 3, comprising seven participants who will undertake placements at VentureTECH and our investee companies as part of their professional development journey.

Marking its third year, the PEMACU Kerjaya Programme is a 12-month initiative designed to equip qualified Bumiputera graduates with meaningful industry exposure, practical working experience, and opportunities to develop capabilities for long-term career growth.

Throughout the programme, participants will gain exposure to on-the-job learning, structured training, industry knowledge, technical competencies, soft skills, and personal development opportunities. These components are designed to support their transition into the professional workforce and enhance their marketability and employability.

This initiative forms part of VentureTECH’s broader efforts to empower future talent through structured development programmes, fostering inclusive and sustainable progress. We look forward to witnessing the growth and positive impact these graduates will create and wish them every success as they progress through their journey with VentureTECH.

Encik Azizan is a seasoned corporate leader with close to three decades of experience in corporate finance, investment, and strategic leadership across both private sector and government-linked organisations. He brings deep expertise in investment structuring, capital management, and value creation.

As Chief Executive Officer, he will lead VentureTECH’s strategic direction, with a focus on enhancing portfolio performance, strengthening value creation initiatives, and advancing the development of Bumiputera-led companies. His leadership will further support VentureTECH’s mandate in building critical national capabilities and contributing to Malaysia’s technology and innovation ecosystem.

Pleased to see the continued growth journey of Ain Medicare Sdn Bhd, as it enters its next phase with the recent investment by Ekuiti Nasional Berhad (EKUINAS).

VentureTECH previously supported Ain Medicare from 2017 to 2025, focusing on strengthening its manufacturing capabilities, scaling operations and enhancing its competitiveness in the pharmaceutical sector. This has enabled the company to expand its production capacity, pe*****te international markets and contribute towards strengthening Malaysia’s healthcare resilience.

VentureTECH has announced a strategic investment of RM28 million to reinforce Malaysia’s cybersecurity strength and cross-border digital infrastructure capability.

The investment supports two scalable Bumiputera-owned platforms operating at the forefront of national digital resilience:

▶️ Delta Spike Asia Sdn Bhd delivers Gen AI-driven managed detection and response (MDR) and full-spectrum cyber defence services across the region. With VentureTECH’s support, the company will further enhance its cybersecurity platform, strengthen operational capacity and expand regionally — reinforcing Malaysia’s cybersecurity ecosystem amid increasingly complex digital threats.

▶️ IX Telecom Sdn Bhd, a Hybrid Virtual Network Operator with coverage in more than 200 countries, is advancing seamless global connectivity through an automation-driven model. The funding will accelerate its regional scaling and platform commercialisation, strengthening Malaysia’s position as a digital connectivity hub while enabling enterprises to access reliable cross-border infrastructure.

These investments reflect VentureTECH’s mandate to catalyse the growth of Malaysian-owned companies in high-growth, high-value (HGHV) sectors — strengthening national capacity while positioning local champions for regional and global competitiveness.
