I saw a viral news, it is about a customer who purchased wrong insurance product that not served his needs, he said, i don't believe insurance anymore!

i also want to comment to the agent who proposed to client this policy, if customer need investment, you should not propose life protection but misleading customer, it is making public even don't believe the insurance and its purpose,

you can enjoy the commission for 4 years, but you ruined your own name and your insurance company just maybe 1 hour?

insurance has 2 category product, one is protection and one is saving purpose, don't mix up, and don't cheated customer. it is not about me how to explain to customer, but you ignored your customer trust to you! customer paid for wrong thing!

Posting ini viral teruk sejak semalam. Tulisan berkenaan kekesalan seorang pelanggan yang kecewa dengan p**angan takaful yang dilanggan sejak beberapa tahun lepas.

Saya cari dalam posting FB bernama Mohd Faizal Maklip ini, tak jumpa p**a. Ada sesiapa kenal? Kot boleh tag utk pengesahan.

Saya yakin ejen-ejen takaful yang mempromosi takaful sebagai produk pelaburan takkan kongsikan posting ini.

Saya simpati dengan apa yang berlaku. Sudah banyak kali saya kongsikan perkara in, malah siap ada ejen tak puas hati dengan perkongsian saya. Ada yang nak report kepada BNM.

Klien bayar RM1,300 sebulan selama 3-4 tahun (2019 hingga 2022) dengan kepercayaan ia adalah simpanan dan pelaburan. Total beliau bayar hampir cecah RM40,000 tapi yang dapat hanya RM7,000.

Semoga dengan posting ini dapat membuka kepada para pelanggan takaful yang masih percaya bahawa takaful adalah untuk simpanan dan pelaburan

Ya, takaful adalah simpanan dan pelaburan untuk ejen. Komisen ejen boleh cecah 40%. Bukan setakat itu, komisen ejen takaful boleh cecah sehingga 6 tahun! (Nota: Peratusan 40% hanya tahun pertama)

Sekali close klien, komisen dibayar sebanyak 72 kali. Best kan jadi ejen takaful? Sebab itu ia adalah plan simpanan dan pelaburan terbaik kepada ejen, bukan kepada klien.

Bayangkan dalam kes yang viral ini, berapa simpanan dan pelaburan yang ejen tu dah buat? 😂

Waktu mula nk masuk ckp lain..40k tu aq dh blh topup beli Panigale tau. Sape2 yg buat insurance yg kata simpanan ke investment ke jgn sesekali nk suh aq masuk mmg dpt maki je ko kang.

Skrg 3 insurance aq ada. Satu dh terminated, yg dua lagi ni klau pembohong siap la ko. Total insuran sebulan 2k lbih aq bayau..haishhh

40k tu klau belikan emas utk mak aq pun lagi bgus.

A joke that for insurance policy, how you enjoy the insurance benefits after 4 months, the answer is please find a wall and you hit the wall with fast speed. confirm you can claim the medical card and during you admitted in Hospital, Doctor may find out that you are high potential diagnosis for critical illness.

Medical Card, Critical illness and even life protection is for you to prepare and helps you when the bad situation comes to you and please do not think that you are "buying" something.

Insurance company will investing partial of premium you pay into investment fund and you earning interest!

i have experience that due to missed out the insurance, you gonna suffer and even have to think how to get the money to pay for medical fees (my father kidney dialysis RM 45k a year and my mum cataract eyes cost RM 16K), look back to your family, are they being cover?
