Identify & acquire new customers for financial products.- Analyze financial information obtained from clients to determine strategies to meet clients' financial needs.- Conducting in-depth reviews of the client's financial circumstances, current provision and future aims.- Provide financial products to meet given or negotiated Sales targets.- To provide and market a range of financial planning solutions to individuals and corporate/SME companies.- Analysis and build market prospect, preparing proposal, doing quotation and presenting to potential clients. Provide good after sales services (up selling).

*Requirements*

- We are looking for energetics and ambitious people, YOUNG AND ENERGETIC only with high self-motivation and entrepreneur spirit, strong desires for achievement.- If you are like to explore a BUSINESS in our organization; diploma and degree holders with minimum 1 years working experience in leading a team or part of managerial is encouraged to apply.- Good communication skills either in Bahasa Malaysia or English with a strong interest in Financial planning & Wealth management, Sales, Banking, Finance, Insurance & Takaful, Unit Trust are priority. However fresh graduates also are welcomed to apply.

- Monthly basic bonus allowance from RM 2000 - RM 3000 AND RM 4,000 to RM9,000 + 2x Commission + Monthly/quarterly/yearly incentive bonus.- Digital support, job training & coaching will be provided by top trainers, leaders and professional academy programs.- Special Benefits : Double Million Cash Reward.
