［立遗嘱 Will Writing］這件事 在當今的社會裡 是件平常事。
很多人認為只要把遺屬立好就是安排好了。
但其實是不够的，要是在一些特殊情況下👇：

立遗嘱就是遗产以*一次性*分配出去。
要是受益人可以妥善的去运用或保管这突如其來的財產 是真的很棒棒噠！👍👍👍

但是……剛才說的特殊情况下：

比如說：
➡️受益人是洗腳不抹腳的败家子/好賭之徒 （以梅艳芳案例來看）
➡️受益人理财能力不佳 （以肥姐案例：小孩不夠成熟 繼承龐大財產之時）
➡️受益人需要特殊照顾 （如智商較低，特殊小孩，老人痴呆，行动不便等弱势群体）
➡️受益人不在法律上受承认关系 （同性戀情，第二個家庭，私生子，宠物等关系）

這時候⚠️需要《信托 Trust》 才能真的真正讓遗产妥善的安排與運用。

「信托 Trust]是委託人（立遺屬者）將自己的遺產交給信託人（可信任與擁有法律的保障下）管理。信託人將以委託人的安排與意願，信託人將會依照委託人的意願逐步分配給受益人。

「信托 Trust」除了可以更妥善分配遗产之餘，同时它还具备以下优势：
-不会被冻结，可以避免漫长的遗嘱认证过程
-可以拟定长期的分配和捐赠
