The intern will learn to:

Attend roadshows or sales gallery duty to meet clients as required.
Brainstorm sales strategies with the team.
Assists the designated team leader on assigned duties.
Do research on the current trend, data, demographics, and other information on the projects.
Publish property listings on different types of property posting platforms, such as Property Guru, iProperty etc.
Build and maintain the database(s) for potential acquisitions, including property and property details.
