Accidents happen when we least expect them.
One of my long-distance clients from Ipoh recently met with an accident when a wooden pallet fell and caused a hairline fracture on his ankle. At first, he thought it was just a minor injury and went to a clinic for treatment. But after a few days, the swelling increased and the pain became unbearable.
Last Friday, he admitted himself to Pantai Hospital Ipoh for further treatment. Thankfully, his medical card GL was approved instantly, and the treatment was done without delay.
The best part? Because he also took an additional Personal Accident (PA) plan, he is able to claim for extra benefits such as:

My daughter sat in tears as she received the message that her close friend has passed away…
Only 20 years old. So much more to live, love and achieve… and it all ended in an instant.

We always think Dengue is just a normal fever, but if ignored, it can take a life.

✨ Peculiar Case Successfully Closed! ✨

This client was newly assigned under my service in June 2025, yet he had a pending claim dating back to 2023. On top of that, he recently met with another accident but couldn’t use his medical card due to the earlier unresolved issue — adding up to almost RM40k in pending claims.

In just 5 months, I managed to solve his long-pending issue and get his first claim approved. More approvals are coming in as all his claims are now being processed smoothly.
