Putra Heights Explosion Incident

Our hearts go out to all the individuals and families affected by the recent explosion in Putra Heights. We understand the challenges faced during this difficult time.

To ease the claims process, Allianz Malaysia has waived the Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) report for Non-Motor insurance claims related to this incident. For Motor insurance claims, police and Bomba reports are not required as per our standard practice.

Our team has been deployed to the site to assist authorities, customers, and non-customers with vehicle relocation.

If you need to file a claim or require further assistance, please contact Allianz’s Contact Centre Hotline at 1-300-22-5542 or Allianz Road Rangers at 1-800-22-5542.

Allianz General is also extending the one-time RM2,500 cash relief* under the Allianz We Care campaign to all our active motor policyholders.
