Stgh kilo sotong...
lada hitam 1 sudu kecil
halia 1 inci
Bwg kecik 2 ulas
Bwg putih 1 ulas
Tumbuk ya bhn di atas
dan gaulkan dgn Sotong..yg di letakkan sedikit serbuk kunyit .. masukkan
1ketul pati ayam knorr
sedikit garam..dgn gula
2biji ubi kentang grg ketepikan
Sebiji bwg besaq
Cili padi 6 biji
Cili merah sebiji

Cara²
Tumiskan sotong , Masak sampai air sotong kering... kemudian
masukkan air asam jawa ,pati ayam seketul ..
dgn ubi kentang yg di grg xd...
masak sampai kuah pekat kemudian
Masukkan Bwg besar sebiji ,
cili padi..dgn cili merah
