Admin & Account Assistant required!!
1)Responsibilities
- Manage account balances to discover outstanding receivables
- Key in data into system and ensure the amount is tally
- Issue Invoices and bills and send to customer
- Check payment and call customer if late payment
- Prepare monthly report
2) Qualifications
- More than 3 years of working experience in admin field
- Able to write and communicate in English and BM
- Excel in Microsoft Office
- Can start immediately
