Claim Call Representative

We are looking for a claim call representative to answer any questions pertaining to an existing insurance claim and determine an appropriate course of action. Claim set up, assignment and follow up.
· Intermediate- Advanced English, must be able to communicate in english
· Review insurance forms / documents (identification cards, certificates, etc.).
· Perform other related support duties as requested, such as answering phones, processing mail, assisting customers.
· Computer skills Intermediate
· Excellent organization skills
·Teamwork
· Adaptable
· Attention to detail
· Multitasking
· Willing to learn
· Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
