HOW DOES IT WORK? -----On behalf of our corporate clients, we understand and seek out commercial projects that they may be interested in. We earn a •success fee• from the corporate loan applicants and are paid from capital loan disbursement proceeds. On behalf of clients we are now looking for corporate equity secured loans, or Joint Venture assisted corporate projects. For Equity based funding, the investor usually will advance 75% of the project value at a low interest rate for a five to ten year term. The capital funds that are advanced are protected in favor of the lender usually by a third party assurance policy. However, all investors offer a “buy-back” option to the borrower. For Joint Venture-based funding, the investor usually requires 30%-35% of the company’s equity. project’s owners which can be exercised at a future date based on the current value of the company at that time. Due diligence is the most important aspect of the process of securing this financing. Normally our firm needs no more than 3-4 weeks to complete an applicant’s cohesive funding summary that will be submitted to our clients
