Is 2022 a time to carry out Real Estate development?

The pandemic proved to be a shock to the world's aggregate supply. Together with the war in Ukraine, both events have triggered inflation levels not seen in decades.

Agustín Carstens (BIS) has urged central banks to (promptly and decisively) keep raising interest rates to avoid hyperinflation. However, this measure also increases the risk of getting into an economic recession.

This 2022 might not be the best time for Real Estate development but, under this scenario, Real Estate investment as an asset diversification is definitely an excellent option.

The world's central bank umbrella group called for interest rates to be raised "quickly and decisively."
