At ProximityParks, we believe in the power of art to foster creativity and improve the urban landscape. Today, we are excited to share the journey behind “Armonía en Movimiento,” the winning mural of our Muralmente Cerca contest, brought to life by the talented artist Luis Antonio Medina.

Watch as a blank 400-square-meter wall along the important Lomas Verdes Avenue, in the Mexico City metropolitan area, transforms into a colorful masterpiece, celebrating our vision of a harmonious relationship between urban logistics, technology, and the environment.

From the first brushstroke to the final detail, Luis Antonio’s depiction of a child riding a delivery bird, guided by virtual reality glasses and aided by paper planes, comes to life—artfully showcasing the possible synergy between modern consumer habits, economic development, and environmental stewardship.

This mural reflects our commitment to being good neighbors and enhancing the communities where we operate.

A heartfelt thank you to Luis Antonio, DIDCO SIGNAGE, and everyone who helped bring this project to life. Together, we are redefining last mile industrial real estate and bringing art and creativity closer to our communities.

Last Friday, we had the pleasure of welcoming members of the media to ProximityParks Lomas Verdes for the press conference and award ceremony of our “Muralmente Cerca” contest, followed by an exclusive tour of our facilities. “Muralmente Cerca” is a mural competition aimed at enhancing our ProximityParks locations through artistic expressions that promote sustainable urban logistics.

We are excited to announce this year’s winner, Luis Antonio Medina, a 24-year-old artist from Oaxaca, who captivated us with his mural “Armonía en Movimiento.” His artwork beautifully represents a positive connection between the environment and urban logistics, depicted through a child riding a bird, navigating with the help of virtual reality glasses, and making package deliveries with the help of paper planes. Using vibrant colors and natural elements, Luis Antonio highlights the harmony between technology, sustainability, and logistics while illustrating the synergy we seek to foster between modern consumer habits, economic development, and the environment. Luis will soon bring his vision to life on a 400-square-meter wall with prime visibility along the iconic Lomas Verdes Avenue.

We're proud to announce the opening of a classroom and an educational program inside a new ProximityParks, alongside Construyendo y Creciendo!

In Mexico, around nine million people are employed in the construction sector, with an average of only five years of schooling. Through this project, ProximityParks is proud to enhance its positive impact by fostering the human and professional development of these workers. This initiative aims to improve their quality of life and that of their families.
