ProximityParks recognized at the ADI Awards, for the third consecutive year.

We took a former gym and a cluster of vintage warehouses on one of Mexico City’s busiest northern avenues and reimagined them into ProximityParks Lomas Verdes — a premium last-mile logistics industrial park in one of the metro area’s most strategic locations.

Today it moves millions of packages, creates hundreds of jobs, and brings companies closer to millions of urban customers.

But the transformation went beyond logistics.

At Lomas Verdes, we hosted the first edition of Muralmente Cerca, an urban art initiative that commissioned a 400-square-meter mural by Luis Antonio Medina, a rising Oaxacan artist. What was once a large street wall is now a permanent cultural landmark, seen daily by the thousands of people who work here or pass through.
