We are looking for 12 investors who want to have their own little piece of paradise with an ocean view. We are in the process of acquiring 18 hectors(45 acres) of mountain top that over looks the ocean just South of the town of Sayulita. The plan is to get 12 investors who would each have their own 1 hector piece of the property to develop as an Eco friendly off grid community, the remaining 6 hectors will be developed as common grounds with hiking trails water features, gardens and of course an amazing infinity pool and outdoor kitchen and recreation area.
