Agrodealer shops are strategically located in rural areas of Central Malawi, providing farmers with easy access to high-quality farm inputs. We empower local farmers by making essential products readily available, saving them time and effort. Currently, our shops are a vital resource for irrigation farmers, who can easily purchase popular inputs like Kanyani and Mzati.

We are open daily (except Sunday) from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., ensuring farmers can get what they need when they need it.

After providing improved farm inputs to the farmers and extension services, also provides clean, standardized storage bags πŸŽ’ to help preserve the quality of their harvest. This initiative directly tackles the problem of post-harvest loss. πŸ“‰
Further, by collaborating with women's cooperatives, we gain access to a well-organized and trustworthy network. 🀝 This partnership is crucial for two reasons:
Improved Repayment: The cooperative structure enhances accountability and simplifies the repayment process. βœ…
Efficient Aggregation: Their established warehouses facilitate the smooth collection and consolidation of produce, which we then store in our central warehouses, ready for market. πŸ“¦
This model not only delivers significant financial returns πŸ’° but also creates a positive social impact by improving the livelihoods of our partner farmers. πŸ‘©β€πŸŒΎ It is a strategic investment in both people and profit. πŸ’―

Meet Flora Stambuli, a remarkable 20-year-old from Nkhotakota, Malawi. πŸ‡²πŸ‡Ό Through the support of AWILI, she was empowered with quality farm inputs 🌱.

Her hard work on 3 acres of groundnuts, πŸ₯œ 1 acre of maize, and 0.25 acres of rice has brought incredible results. In 2024, her first major harvest enabled her to build her house up to the roof level! 🏠πŸ’ͺ

But she didn't stop there! From her 2025 harvest, she purchased iron sheets to complete her home 🏑 and used the extra income to kickstart a new venture: a livestock business with four goats. 🐐🐐🐐🐐

Flora’s story isn't just about farming; it's a powerful example of how a small investment can create lasting change, from food security and improved living standards to entrepreneurial success. 🌟

Empowering Youth Farmers: A Story of Growth and Impact 🌱πŸ’ͺ

Limiton Banda (photo, standing), a 31-year-old farmer from Traditional Authority Kabudula in Lilongwe, stands as a powerful testament to the transformative power of sustainable agricultural practices and strategic support. With assistance from the , he received 200kg of high-quality seed inputs 🌾 and adopted the doubled-up legume planting technique taught by extension officers.

This innovative approach yielded remarkable results. From just 5 acres, Limiton harvested a staggering 9 metric tons of soybeans, generating substantial revenue πŸ’°. The financial gains didn't just end with a successful harvest; they catalyzed a cycle of economic empowerment and community development.
With the profits, Limiton has made significant investments in his future and his community:
Infrastructure: He purchased iron sheets to build a stronger, more permanent home. 🏑
Mechanization: He acquired a water pump for irrigation (see photo), a crucial tool that will allow him to farm year-round and increase future yields. πŸ’§
Entrepreneurship: He opened a mini-grocery shop, diversifying his income streams and providing essential goods to his local community. πŸͺ
Job Creation: Limiton has hired two seasonal workers, creating local employment and demonstrating the ripple effect of a single successful farm. 🀝
Pig Farming: He has also started pig farming (second photo) as part of agribusiness diversification

Limiton's story is a compelling example of how targeted investment in agricultural training and resources can lead to sustainable growth, economic independence, and broader community benefits. His success is not just a personal victoryβ€”it's a blueprint for a resilient and prosperous agricultural future. 🌟
