Today Msilikali SACCO joined the 2026 MDF Inter-service Sports Festival taking place at Malawi Armed Forces College (MAFCO) in Salima.

General George Alexander Jaffu Jnr attended the event as the Guest of Honour and officially opened the festival. In his opening remarks, he emphasized the importance of sports in promoting unity, discipline, teamwork and healthy competition within the Malawi Defence Force. He described the festival as a platform that brings servicemembers together as one family while strengthening cooperation and esprit de corps.

He further encouraged athletes, coaches, trainers and support staff to continue striving for excellence and reclaim the glory of MDF sports at national level competition.

It has been a vibrant and highly competitive day, with teams showcasing their talents in football, hockey, tug of war and other sporting activities. The energy and team spirit have been incredible, setting the stage for even more exciting action tomorrow.

MUDZI WANGA FIXED DEPOSIT PROMOTION DRAW

Msilikali SACCO held another exciting edition of the Mudzi Wanga Fixed Deposit Promotion Draw today at the Capital City Branch in Lilongwe. The event was honoured by the presence of Mr. Felix Ayuba, Centre Manager for Malawi Blood Transfusion Service, who attended as the Guest of Honour.
