Thank you all for expressing interest in our services and products. Epik strives to provide financial support for habitat solutions. Our services include providing support for household water connections, electricity connection, purchase of land and also building houses incrementally in phases such as: foundation, super structure, roofing, plastering and flooring. The incremental construction model is adopted to include those who are in the low income group. The maximum loan amount will be determined by ones salary. Our loan repayment period will not exceed 18 month as long term loans become too expensive for customers.
As we wait for Reserve Bank of Malawi licensing we would like to prepare those interested in our services. Our initial target group is the salaried Malawian employees of various institutions regardless of location. Employees do not need to wait for their pension earnings to own a home. Employers, retain your employees by partnering with us.
