Subject: ULIMI LOAN

The management of Kasupe SACCO wishes to inform its members that it has started issuing Ulimi loans under Special Loan for Variables Programme for year 2026 farming season.
The prices of the farm inputs are as follows:
UREA: K200,000 per bag
NPK: K200,000 per bag
The loan attracts an interest rate of 5% per month and is repayable within six (6) months.
Members who are interested are encouraged to register their names with the ambassador in their zones by Wednesday, August 14, 2026. Let’s act quickly, as prices are subject to change at any time.

Notice is hereby given of 8th Annual General Meeting of members of Kasupe SACCO Limited to be held as follows:

Date : Saturday 25th April, 2026

Time : 9:00 AM

Venue : International Christian Assembly

Business to transact during the meeting:

I.To receive, consider, approve and adopt the audited statements of financial position as at 31st December, 2025
and statement of comprehensive income for the year ended at that date together with the reports of the Director
and Auditor thereon.

II.To declare dividend on equity shares for the year ended 31st December, 2025


III.Appointment of Four Directors and One Supervisory Committee Member to fill the vacant positions.
