Notice is hereby given of 8th Annual General Meeting of members of Kasupe SACCO Limited to be held as follows:

Date : Saturday 25th April, 2026

Time : 9:00 AM

Venue : International Christian Assembly

Business to transact during the meeting:

I.To receive, consider, approve and adopt the audited statements of financial position as at 31st December, 2025
and statement of comprehensive income for the year ended at that date together with the reports of the Director
and Auditor thereon.

II.To declare dividend on equity shares for the year ended 31st December, 2025


III.Appointment of Four Directors and One Supervisory Committee Member to fill the vacant positions.
