We celebrate and congratulate the winners of the 2026 National Spelling Bee. Praise Chipembere from Zolozolo Primary School in Mzuzu and Cyrus Kachere from Rafik Private School in Mzuzu won the public and private primary school categories and Portia Mbewe of St. Mary’s Secondary School in Zomba won the senior’s category.

The National Spelling Bee is a platform that nurtures confidence, discipline, critical thinking, communication skills, and the courage to excel.
