Officer - Sales & Marketing
Responsibilities:
Serve clients on cover, renewals and claims, in person, by phone and by email
Keep clients updated while a claim is being settled
Find new business among companies, guesthouses, vessel owners and households
Meet prospects, learn what they need to protect, and propose cover that fits
Prepare quotations and follow them through to a decision
Present cover options to companies and their staff
Represent Seguro at industry events and exhibitions
Travel to islands and resorts for client visits
Track renewals so no client's cover lapses
Keep records of client visits, quotations and sales activity
Support marketing with content for social and print
Requirements:
A'Level or a diploma in business or marketing
Interest in sales or client-facing work
Strong spoken and written Dhivehi and English
Confident presenting to a room
Ready to travel for client visits, sometimes for several days
Basic computer literacy, including email and spreadsheets
Organised enough to keep many open files moving at once
Able to work alone and as part of a team
