We're looking for an Assistant Manager - Technical to join the Underwriting Department at our Head Office in Malé.

If you have strong underwriting expertise and leadership experience, this is an opportunity to help drive technical excellence and sustainable growth.

What we're looking for:

✅ Professional insurance qualification (CII, MII, SLII or equivalent) is an advantage
✅ Minimum 5 years of General Insurance underwriting experience, including supervisory experience
✅ Strong knowledge of underwriting, risk assessment and reinsurance
✅ Experience handling corporate and complex risks
✅ Strong leadership, analytical and decision-making skills
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance management systems
