We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Technical to join our leadership team at Solarelle Head Office in Malé.

What we’re looking for:

✅ Ideally 18+ years of General Insurance experience, including 10+ years in managerial or senior leadership roles
✅ Extensive experience across underwriting and claims
✅ MBA, Management or relevant Master’s degree
✅ Insurance-related professional qualification is an advantage
✅ Strong knowledge of risk assessment, pricing, claims, reserving and technical performance
✅ Proven team leadership and operational improvement experience
✅ Strong commercial, analytical and strategic decision-making capabilities

An attractive and competitive remuneration package, including Staff Medical Insurance benefits, will be offered based on qualifications and experience.
