Using SBM Tag on an Android, iOS, or Huawei device? An important update awaits you.
To keep your access secure and uninterrupted, update SBM Tag to the latest version available on the Google Play Store, Apple App Store or Huawei AppGallery, as applicable, before Saturday 05 September 2026. The current version will no longer be accessible after this date.
For iOS users only: Following the update, your existing Face ID or Touch ID login will be reset as part of the latest security enhancements.
Simply:
Update SBM Tag to version 5.2.23 from the Apple App Store.
Open the application and log in using your usual credentials.
Re-enable Face ID or Touch ID in SBM Tag.
That’s it! You can then continue using biometric login as usual.
