Breast cancer can touch any of us - ourselves, a family member, a colleague. And yet, it is not always something we talk about.

For Pink October, we created space for that conversation at IBL House - giving our teams the opportunity to learn more about early detection, ask questions and benefit from free breast screening with Life Together

Séverine Martial, author of Le rose à nos visages - The Pink Project, and Roselyn Lebon were also among us. Featured in the book, Roselyn shared her own experience with breast cancer and spoke about her journey. Her story is one of many brought together in Le rose à nos visages, a project we were proud to support.

Riche Terre is home to many businesses, including IBL, and sits alongside communities who share its surroundings. It's an area we all have a reason to look after.

In September 2025, more than 200 volunteers from 32 companies came together to clean up the industrial zone. A year on, the Riche Terre Eco-Industrial Zone project is moving into its second phase, with a focus on planting, landscaping and the maintenance of the industrial corridor.

The idea is to build on what was started, with businesses and public authorities working together to keep the zone clean. This collaboration was recently formalised through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in the presence of the Honourable Rajesh Bhagwan, Minister of Environment, Solid Waste Management and Climate Change.

How has IBL changed over the past decade and where are we heading next?

Our Analyst Meeting on 29 September was an opportunity to reflect on both, alongside the presentation of our financial results for the year ended 30 June 2026.

We discussed how IBL has become more diversified, with a stronger regional presence, 51% of our revenue generated outside Mauritius and more than 40,000 team members across our markets.

Our priority is now to bring our businesses closer together, share expertise and continue strengthening performance across the Group.

At the same time, we want our growth to benefit the markets where we operate - by creating opportunities, supporting economic activity and contributing to local communities.

Our regional development is helping IBL become a more diversified and resilient Group.

For the year ended 30 June 2026, revenue grew by 13% to Rs 124.3 billion (USD 2.6 billion) and operating profit increased by 14% to Rs 8.3 billion (USD 176.8 million). All four clusters contributed to this performance, despite a challenging economic environment.

Our focus now is on scaling what we have built: integrating our regional platforms, connecting our teams and businesses, sharing expertise and supporting sustainable organic growth.

This stronger foundation helps us continue delivering quality products and services to our customers. It's what allows us to support our 40,000 employees and their families, and to contribute to each of our markets through taxes, employment and social initiatives.

We have noticed several fraudulent images and videos circulating on social media that misuse IBL’s name and logo and feature AI-generated representations of its Group CEO, Mr. Arnaud Lagesse, to promote fake investment schemes.

IBL hereby draws the attention of the public that these images and videos are fake. Neither IBL nor its Group CEO has any connection with, or has endorsed, the schemes being promoted.

Neither IBL nor its Group CEO requests investments, payments, personal information or banking details through unsolicited social media videos, direct messages or unofficial online platforms.

Members of the public are strongly advised not to click on links, transfer money or share personal or banking information. Report any suspicious content directly through the relevant social media platform. Any investment-related communication claiming to come from IBL should be verified through our official website and social media channels.

Anyone who may have transferred money or disclosed sensitive information should report the matter immediately to the Police and contact their bank or financial institution.

We have reported the identified content to the relevant authorities and social media platforms.
Members of the public are advised to exercise caution when relying on such posts.

Growing across the region means growing together - sharing expertise, strengthening supply chains and staying close to each market to make essential products more accessible.

There are many things that make Dodo Trail special, but bringing together people from different places and walks of life is what sits at the heart of it.

This year, 3,131 runners joined us, including 371 participants from across the region and beyond. Each came with their own story, their own goal and the same determination to take on the challenge. Watching it all come to life on race day is what makes the months of preparation worthwhile.
