On World Environment Day, Bank One turns the focus to its work with La Vallée de Ferney; a partnership anchored in hands-on action to support biodiversity conservation in Mauritius.

Over the past four years:
• 150+ employees have taken part directly in conservation activities on the ground
• 1,500+ endemic trees have been planted to help restore native habitats
• Practical support has been extended to Ferney’s restoration programmes and nursery operations
• One hectare within the reserve is under Bank One’s stewardship, dedicated to ecological regeneration over time

Rooted in its commitment to Empowering Prosperity, this initiative extends beyond financial services to support the long-term health of the environment and the communities that depend on it.
