Over three months, 34 women managers from our Textile, Finance, and Healthcare clusters came together to learn from one another, build their confidence, and form connections that reach across industries. Part of the Go Beyond Gender initiative, this programme reflects our commitment to building the next generation of women leaders, with intention.

Energy, teamwork, and a whole lot of enthusiasm, thatโ€™s what defined our first CIEL Sports Day!

From fast-paced matches in Foot Five and Volleyball to engaging games of Dominos, and a memorable Tissue Box challenge, every moment reflected the spirit of our teams beyond the workplace.
