The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) has imposed a fine of USD 109,200 on Vault Wealth Limited for carrying on regulated financial services in or from DIFC without the required authorisation.

Although the firm was licensed by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), this did not authorise it to conduct regulated activities in DIFC.

The DFSA also highlighted that senior management had failed to act on concerns raised by the firm's Compliance Officer regarding the absence of the required authorisation.
