Монгол Улс анхны Үндсэн хуулиа баталж, хүний эрх, эрх чөлөөг дээдэлсэн ардын засагт шилжсэн нь эх орныхоо тусгаар тогтнол, ард түмнийхээ эрх чөлөөг баталгаажуулсан агуу үйл явдал байв. Энэ өдрөөс хойш Монгол Улс Азид анх удаа бүрэн эрхт ардын засаглалтай болж, иргэддээ сонгох, сонгогдох эрхээ олгож, ардчилсан засгийнхаа эх суурийг тавьсан түүхэн алхмыг хийсэн билээ.
Бид өнөөдөр түүхт үйл явдлыг эргэн дурсах бүртээ үндэсний бахархалаа сэргээж, эх оронч сэтгэлээрээ нэгдэн, тусгаар тогтнолоо бататган ирсэн ахмад, залуу үеийнхнийхээ хүч хөдөлмөрийг дурсаж, ирээдүйдээ итгэлтэй алхаж байгаагаа дахин бататгаж байна. On this day, Mongolia adopted its first Constitution, marking a historic transition to a people’s government that upheld human rights and freedoms. This pivotal moment secured the nation’s independence and guaranteed the liberty of the Mongolian people.
From that day forward, Mongolia became the first country in Asia to establish a fully sovereign people’s government, granting its citizens the right to vote and be elected—laying the foundation for the nation’s democratic governance.
Today, as we look back on this historic milestone, we honor our national pride, unite in our patriotism, and remember the dedication and efforts of generations—both past and present—who have strengthened our independence. With confidence in our future, we reaffirm our shared belief that Mongolia will continue to prosper.
