Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Record cash book and daily cash register.
2. Check daily collection sheet and attach target and receipt file.
3. Enter all the register (Fuel, Key, Printing and Office Materials)
4. Check and receive all cash (collection money, bank withdrawal, and etc.) and deposit to bank.
5. Prepare weekly report and petty cash report.
6. Purchasing all accessories in need for office.
Minimum Requirements
- Any Graduate
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- To have interest and passion in social contribution such as doing something helpful for people
- To have interest and passion in rural development
