Job Description
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment (e.g., HVAC, pumps, motors, switchboards, lighting systems).
• Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and repair works for building systems and facilities.
• Respond to breakdowns, faults, and emergency call-outs to minimize downtime.
• Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment or systems.
• Monitor and record equipment performance, maintenance activities, and technical issues.
• Assist in minor installations and upgrades of building systems.
• Monitor external contractors during service or installation works.
Requirements:
• Bachelor in BE(EP) or Diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant working experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or M&E systems
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, troubleshooting and repair
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
