Job responsibilities:
1. Answer 400 phone calls, Online reply to WeChat public account information, Call the return customer, complete the work log;
2. Provide guidance and offline operation for customers' requirements of borrowing, repayment, investment and complaint according to the procedures;
3. Collect customer comments and Suggestions, timely feedback customer complaints, assist in optimizing the words technique of the product and the service processes;
4. Work well within and across departments, actively abide by the principle of confidentiality.
Requirements:
1. Without limiting degree, have smooth expression ability;
2. Can accept flexible work and be able to work under pressure;
3. Good ex*****on, teamwork spirit and communication skills;
4. Familiar with OFFICE and other computer software;
5. 1-year customer service experience in the same industry is preferred;
6. English communication skills are preferred.
