ဒီႏွစ္မွာေတာ့ ႐ိုးမဘဏ္ စတင္တည္ေထာင္တာ ၂၅ ႏွစ္ျပည့္ေျမာက္ၿပီ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ဒါ့ျပင္ ႐ိုးမဘဏ္က ၂၀၁၇ ခုႏွစ္မွာက်င္းပတဲ့ Myanmar Employer Awards မွာ မတူညီတဲ့ က႑အမ်ဳိးမ်ဳိးအတြက္ ဆုေပါင္း ၇ ခု ႏွင့္ ၂၀၁၈ ခုႏွစ္မွာက်င္းပတဲ့ Myanmar Employer Awards မွာ ၈ ခု တိတိ ရရွိခဲ့ၿပီး ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံမွာ လူႀကိဳက္အမ်ားဆံုး လုပ္ငန္းခြင္အျဖစ္ သက္ေသျပႏုိင္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။
