📌Job Description

- Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions, resolving discrepancies.
- Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
- Summarizes financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.
- Secures financial information by completing database backups.
- Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- To ensure fixed assets register comparison of budget and actual operating expenses and payroll, tax, and overtime.
- To ensure operation expenses control, budget control, drawing profit and loss statement.
- Preparation of monthly report, calculation of sales & cost of goods sold statement.
- Must be able to perform receivable control / payable control/daily cash control.
- Maintains monthly, quarterly and yearly budget.
- Must be able to cost calculations for new projects.

📌Job Requirements

- Must have 5 years' experience in related field
- A bachelor's degree of B. Com, diploma holder of DA, IFRS, LCCI Level III (or) ACCA or CPA.
- Strong understanding of debits/credits and accounting principles
- Must be able to submit reports in a timely manner.
- Strong skills in working with expenses, accounting, and ability to reconcile accounts.
- Must be a strong team player, highly motivated, and able to work under pressure.
- Must have good personality and communication skills
- Experience in using accounting software. Advance Microsoft Excel skills.
- Able to work in Myanmar ICT park (Hlaing Tsp).
- Annual Return to IRD, Quarterly Commercial Tax, Annual Income Tax, Personal Income Tax.
- Calculation of shareholder %, Maintain to Share holder information.
- Monthly bank reconciliation, Settlement process.
- Check the pay accounts (e.g., AYA Pay, OK$ ….).

📍ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Fintech Project Coordinator / Product Management Operations team member to join our growing Operations crew. This individual will develop and deliver systems and processes across Payment gateway functions focused on the launch and iteration of our core products. This includes enablement and support of product requirements, development, supportability, launch, go-to-market, and a focus on our user experience. You'll be a hub working with engineering, product, operations, and executives.

📌Job Description-General

• Coordinate all Project related activities
• Provide support to the Chief Operating Officer and process all pertinent documents of contract employees in compliance with the laws and regulations
• Undertakes all outdoor jobs related to the contractor, which mainly includes liaising with various Government ministries
• Maintain absolute confidentiality of records
• Perform other tasks related as delegated by the Superintendent
• Provides administrative and operational support to Chief Operating Officer, including sub-contractor management, worksite regulations, reporting, etc.
• Project Coordinator to prepare regular written reports, summaries of issues, and action plans to Chief Operating Officer and Management as requested
• Support to establish and maintain work plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of deliverables, milestones, and final delivery
• Attend project meetings with clients in relation to ex*****on schedules and billing schedules as well as approval schedules of design and specifications, and problems reporting. All meetings with client should be recorded in written forms and a summary to be reported back to Chief Operating Officer and managements.
• Support to establish and maintain work plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of deliverables, milestones, and final delivery

📌Job Description-Details
• Coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
• Consult for the system integration, launching process, and after-go-live process.
• Define project scope of work, and manage the plan, implementation, and deliverable project.
• Perform technical requirement analysis whenever needed.
• Analysis of the task priorities and tracking the timelines for each.
• Monitor the progress and adjustment the tracker of all changes depending on requirements.
• Work closely with Infrastructure team and Development Team for necessary implementation, migration, and testing.
• Service provider API document reviewing, testing, and re-designing API integration flow to meet our project requirement.
• Set up team meetings and maintain good project documentation and meeting minutes.
• Modify and approve the technical integration flow document which is prepared by team members.
• Prepare test cases and technical documentation.
• Evaluate the problem and provide the technical solution to clients if there is any issue occurs.

📌Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent IT field.
• A strong interest in working in technology and/or financial environments.
• Age above 25 Years
• Able to be travelling
• Able to control technical documents and issues
• Able to use office suite application
• MUST have IT background (programming/coding) to prepare technical documents and documented IT projects
• At least 3-year experience in the Fintech industry is preferred
• Payment gateway and payment processing-related knowledge is preferred
• Having experience in the financial services industry is an added advantage
• Solid organization, time management, and negotiation skills
• Willing to learn, able to work as part of a diverse team
• Familiarity with project management tools such as ASANA, Basecamp, JIRA, and Trello
• Complex project definition and management capabilities
• Strong interpersonal skills and have a passion for innovative problem-solving in a quickly growing product environment
• Operationally minded, you can manage multiple projects at one time
