HR and Admin Manager: Urgent
Job Description
1. Compensation and Benefit
- Check Leave request & all leave balance & Calculate salary, overtime & other allowance for all employees. (Include SSB & Income Tax, Annual Return Process)
2. Recruitment and Selection
- Create job announcement, create JD & JS, CV reviewing process & interview
- Evaluate new candidates with the relative manager, background checking, labor process
3. Performance Management
- Check working condition, work load, employee’s communication, attitude & development) evaluate peer’s relation, subordinate’s relation.
- Daily and Monthly report to General Manager.
4. Administrative Duties
- DICA changing process, MTO2 tax process, FRD process, banking process, shareholder changing process
- Supporting General Manager or Managing Director
- Support to create company rules and regulations.
- Fixed Assets control, Building management & Ferry arrangement, Office Relocation process, internet management.
-Supporting Managing Director (Arrange Foreigner stay permit process, VISA process, FRC process, FORM-C process)
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in any university, more prefer to Diploma in HRM or Business management.
- Excellent to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Strong knowledge of Income tax law, SSB law & Labor law.
- Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems
- At least experience 5years in HR management.
- Strong communication with English 4 Skills.
- Can work under pressure.
- Good interpersonal skill and communication skill.

Position: Internal Auditor
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits of head office operations.
- Review compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Verify the accuracy of financial records, transactions, and supporting documents.
- Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify operational risks.
- Prepare audit reports and recommend corrective actions.
- Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Internal Audit, preferably in a microfinance institution, bank, or financial institution.
- Good knowledge of auditing principles, internal controls, and risk management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honest, responsible, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the microfinance sector is an advantage.
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIA, or equivalent are an advantage.
