Let's INVEST FOR THE COMMUNITY OWNED BUSINESSES

We are looking for another 500 million kyats (USD 332,000) capital investment to expand our existing businesses and start new business projects by the community shares and participation.

We are a community-owned private company limited by shares called LAY THAR TAUNG COMPANY LIMITED (လေသာတောင် ကုမ္ပဏီလီမိတက်) formerly known as Siyin Credit Union - SCU was formed on 30 June 2009 vision to create a business platform for the Chin communities with the mission to support startup businesses as loan and capital investment, coaching and support, financial management and legal advice.

We want to build a sustainable passive income ecosystem for the Chin communities to solve economic, social and environmental challenges.

We have been in this business for the past ten years lead and managed by 9 BOD and 10 Executive members. We have been supported more than ten startup local businesses lead by the local young generation.

The 11st Annual meeting of Laythartaung company is going to held on 12 April 2019 at TSBC (Tahan Siyin Baptist Church) start from 10 Am. On that day, we will refund interest on members' saving (Only those who cleared their loan). We would like to remind all the members to submit loan latest on 31 March.
