We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join our team and evaluate how our company operates in order to provide recommendations on how we can improve efficiency and effectiveness across our organization.
Operations Analyst responsibilities include reviewing current policies and operating procedures, developing changes to enhance efficiency and working with our managers to implement new policies and procedures as needed.
Ultimately, you will work with our leaders and managers to provide ways our organization can improve efficiency and reach our goals in less time.
Responsibilities
Document findings, prepare reports and make recommendations
Develop new processes and procedures to enhance operations
Work with managers and employees to implement changes
Train employees to use new systems or follow new policies
Determine the effectiveness of new processes
Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as an Operations Analyst or similar role
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
3+ years of experience using statistical and database software
Consulting and project management expertise
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Degree in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred.

This role will specifically focus on the adoption of Quicksight for dashboards and visualizations in embedded analytics. The role is to help our customers to eliminate technical constraints from their legacy BI tools and help them to leverage their data to develop business insights.
You will be building and maintaining a data warehouse system that will support the business to take smarter and underbuilt business decisions.
Basic Qualifications
4+ years of experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, Qlik, MicroStrategy, PowerBI or similar tools
Experience with SQL and data modelling
Clear communication skills in English(both written and verbal) along with the ability to clearly document issues and communicate issues effectively throughout the organisation.
Experience in translating business requirements to BI dashboards.
Experience developing software code in one or more programming languages (Java, JavaScript, Python, etc)
2+ years of experience with either Relational Databases, NoSQL Databases or MPP systems
Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables, planning work and completing tasks in a defined timeframe.
Experience working with issue tracking systems, like Jira, in an Agile Development workflow.
Experience with AWS workloads and the different platform services it offers is an added value.
Any experience working in Banking or FinTech would be beneficial.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with one or more Lake House technologies (Hive, Impala, Spark SQL, Presto, Redshift)
Experience authoring technical documents such as business requirements and technical implementations
3.SENIOR DEVELOPER

Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer to work as part of our current development team, reporting to the Head of Development.
You will be responsible for developing new features for our innovative fidomoney platform and maintaining existing functionality.
Duties & Responsibilities
Design and implement technical features in an Agile Software Delivery environment to defined project timescales.
Lead other team members when designing technical solutions for features requested from the business
Champion adherence to best development practices throughout the team, including the likes of coding standards, effective unit testing and documentation.
Engage in code reviews with the team, in order to ensure optimal code quality and architecture
Mentor mid-level and junior developers in the team using practices like pair programming in order to increase their skills and code quality.
Ideal Skills
Extensive knowledge of OOP methodologies, design principles and patterns.
Experience designing an optimal application architecture based on requirements.
Experience both consuming and designing efficient and elegant (RESTful) APIs. As an extra bonus an understanding of OpenAPI specifications would be super!
Clear communication skills in English(both written and verbal) along with the ability to clearly document issues and communicate issues effectively throughout the organisation.
Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables, planning work and completing tasks in a defined timeframe.
Experience writing unit and integration tests including utilising mocks, including a good understanding of why good testing is important. Experience with TDD and BDD is a plus.
Experience working with issue tracking systems, like Jira, in an Agile Development workflow.
Experience working with popular MVC frameworks, such as Symfony and Laravel.
5+ years of experience as a (PHP) developer.
Experience with AWS workloads and the different platform services it offers is an added value.
Any experience working in Banking or FinTech would be beneficial
