The company's position.
It is great to see the good developments happening in Morocco.
Over the past many years, Morocco has seen a magnificent development. And one can only take off one's hat and bow to the successive Moroccan governments, with his Majerstät at the helm.
The last straw now wants that there is ethics and morality among the legal profession in Morocco.
Once again a good step for the citizens of the Moroccan Kingdom.
Since many citizens in Morocco believe that lawyers are the law, or above the law.
Citizens of Morocco should remember that "lawyers" are on the same level as the local grocer... It's a business. And just like merchants want to make money, lawyers also want to make money.
The new bill makes it possible for a lawyer to fail to perform his or her job or to harm a client.
You get the right to complain directly, and the bar association loses their right to be a judge in cases where lawyers do not do their job, demand extra payment or forget to deliver documents.
Big congratulations to the people of Morocco. And hats off to the government and his Majerestad.
