AFE Inc, Assanad Foreign Exchange Incorporation, established in 2013, is a privately owned Libyan company under the umbrella of SARAB Holding. As a brokerage company in the Libyan foreign exchange market, AFE Inc. is already a leader in it's field, receiving it's establishment license from the Central Bank of Libya (CBL) in 2014. Although the CBL has not yet granted permission for all the foreign

exchange companies to start business , our main current objective is to spread the awareness about the Foreign exchange market not forgetting also it's vital relationship with the Libyan stock market. is gradually preparing it's self to enter the diverse and prosperous Libyan Market and will soon be granted permission to provide the most professional foreign exchange services to its customers and clients. under the SARAB Holding company located in Tripoli Tower in the main business district, provides day by day retail 'bureau de change' services. It's future plans to provide fast world wide money transfers along with other fundamental customer demands will be sought out along side and with the support of the regulatory body of the Central Bank of Libya.

* اقتصاد السوق وعدم تدخل الدولة في الأنشطة الاقتصادية وترك السوق يضبط نفسه بنفسه هو الحل لمعالجة كل القضايا العالقة.
* الاقتصاد هو العامل الأساسي في تشكيل الحياة.
* الانسان أثمن رأسمال في الوجود.
* الانسان ولد حرا، وبالتالى فإن له الحرية في أن يقوم بأى نشاط اقتصادي.
* اقتصاد السوق يقوم على الملكية الخاصة والمبادرة الفردية، ويخضع لتفاعل العرض والطلب وتحرير الأسعار من أي قيد عدا ما تفرضه المنافسة الحرة غير الاحتكارية.
* اقتصاد السوق يتطلب تشجيع المشاريع الصغرى والمتوسطة ودعم الشباب بالتدريب والقروض الميسرة لخلق فرص عمل بعيداً عن القطاع العام الفاشل تاريخياً
