Overkill Ventures is extremely happy to announce that our portfolio company AXDRAFT has been acquired by Onit, making it our first exit. 🥳

Yuriy, Oleg, and their team have been working hard on revolutionizing the law industry by helping to draft legal documents 10x faster and offering “lightning-speed, error-free and multilingual contract drafting”. Their customers include such companies as Sandoz and Louis Dreyfus Company.

Overkill Ventures was AXDRAFT's first institutional investor, paving the way for the startup to be accepted into Y Combinator. These acceleration programs were followed by a $1.2 million investment by leading SV investors that allowed AXDRAFT to grow their team, extend their offerings, and ultimately led to the exit.

Onit is a leading provider of enterprise workflow automation and AI solutions. AXDRAFT will continue to operate as an independent subsidiary of Onit, with the brand and team remaining unchanged.

Onit announced that it has acquired AXDRAFT, a document automation company that helps legal departments draft legal documents 10 times faster.
