Accessing Bank Confirmation for you and your business has never been easier!

With FNB Lesotho, you can get Bank Confirmation through multiple convenient channels:

𝐅𝐍𝐁 𝐀𝐩𝐩: Login, select account, go to Account Options and Select Account Confirmation letter .

𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠: login, select My Accounts, and then select Statements History and click on account confirmation letter.

𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐞: Login, select My Bank Accounts, then select My Account Menu, click Account Settings, and select Account and click Bank Letters: Account Confirmation Letter

Introducing Card2Wallet; the kleva way of transferring money from your FNB account to top-up your M-Pesa balance.

Just follow these easy steps:

𝐀𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐨𝐢𝐝 𝐔𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐬

On M-Pesa App, select
1. Move Money
2. Top Up
3. Top Up from Bank Card
4. Enter Phone Number
5. Enter Amount to transfer
Press Continue

Then proceed to authenticate

You will be prompted to:
1. Tap to add new card
2. Enter card details:
• Card Number
• Cardholder Name
• Expiry Date
• Date of Birth
Then Proceed.

Open the M-Pesa App
Navigate to transact
Select Top Up from Bank Card
Enter your FNB card details

Confirm the authentication prompt in your FNB Lesotho Mobile App

On FNB App, verify the online purchase:
• Approve
• Decline

Once Approved:
• Your wallet will be credited instantly with the amount debited from your FNB account.
• You will then receive SMS Notification of funds disbursement on Mpesa wallet.
• You will then receive InContact/SMS-Notification of a debit transaction from FNB Lesotho
