SUBMISSIONS OF DOCUMENTS FOR RENEWALS AND REINSTATEMENTS FOR 2026/2027 FOR LESOTHO COLLEGE OF EDUCATION, (LCE) STUDENTS WHO HAVE SAT FOR AND PASSED SUPPLEMENTARY EXAMINATIONS ARE SCHEDULED FOR WEDNESDAY THE 2ND SEPTEMBER 2026

ALL STUDENTS MUST ATTEND A COMPULSORY PRE-SUBMISSION BRIEFING AT 8:30 A.M.

PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:

1. LOAN BURSARY AGREEMENT (CONTRACT)
2. CERTIFIED LEGIBLE COPIES OF RESULTS INDICATING ACADEMIC YEAR OF STUDY AND PROGRESSION
3. RESULTS OF FAILED YEAR IF REQUESTING REINSTATEMENT
4. SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS WHERE STUDENT HAS BEEN OUT OF SCHOOL (NOT MORE THAN THREE YEARS AS PER CONTRACT)
5. VALID BANK CONFIRMATION
6. UPDATED LOAN BURSARY STATUS FOR PREVIOUSLY SPONSORED STUDENTS.
7. UPDATED LOAN BURSARY STATUS FOR PREVIOUSLY SPONSORED GUARANTORS
8. STUDENTS WHO HAVE CHANGED PROGRAMMES MUST FILL THE CHANGE OF PROGRAMME FORM FOR OFFICE AUTHORISATION ACCORDINGLY

STUDENTS MUST DOWNLOAD AND FILL APPLICABLE FORMS (PINNED FOR EASY ACCESS) AND MUST BE CORRECTLY FILLED IN ALL SECTIONS:

1. RENEWAL FORM
2. REINSTATEMENT FORM IF FUNDING WAS PAUSED
3. CHANGE OF PROGRAMME FORM WHERE APPLICABLE

NB: THE OFFICE DOES NOT ACCEPT SUBMISSIONS FROM STUDENTS WITH DISCIPLINARY CASES/ACADEMIC MISCONDUCT/MALPRACTICES WHO HAVEN’T ATTENDED DISCIPLINARY HEARING.
