WELLS BOD HUB | COHORT 1 🎓

One Cohort. One Experience. One Step Toward the Future.

Cohort 1 of the Wells BOD Hub has officially come to an end—and what a journey it has been.

Wells BOD Hub (Build–Operate–Deploy Hub) exists to help bridge the gap between training and the world of work by giving young people opportunities to develop practical skills, professional habits, business awareness, teamwork, and workplace readiness.

For Cohort 1, the experience went beyond sitting in a classroom.

Our members learned, practiced, collaborated, created, calculated, presented, received feedback, and experienced what it means to take responsibility for their work.

From graphic designing and digital skills to business fundamentals, pricing, profit and expense calculation, communication, teamwork, and professional development, every part of the experience was designed to help participants become more prepared for real-world opportunities.

But Cohort 1 was also a learning experience for Wells BOD Hub.

As our first cohort, their journey helped us identify what works, what can be improved, and how we can continue building a stronger practical workforce-development model.

Now, we celebrate not just the certificates they received, but the growth, confidence, skills, relationships, and experiences they gained along the way.

To our Cohort 1 members:

You came as trainees. You leave with experience.

Your journey does not end with graduation. This is the beginning of putting what you have learned into practice.

Business is not just about making sales — it’s about understanding the numbers behind the sales. 📊💼

Throwback to a session at Wells BOD Hub, where our members learned how to properly price products, calculate expenses, determine profit, and make informed business decisions.

As a leader, I believe workforce development must go beyond theory. People need practical skills that prepare them to create value, manage resources, and operate sustainably.

This is what we are building through Wells World, Inc. — people equipped not just to seek opportunities, but to create and manage them.
