இலங்கையில் துருவிய தேங்காய்ப் பூ உற்பத்தி செய்யும் முறை

Mostly used as a filter in the confectionary industry. Sri Lanka desiccated coconut has a unique taste and colour against the other origins.
1. Selecting husked nuts for production
2. Hachating of nuts (removing shell form the kernal)
3. Pairing (removing the brown outer layer form kernal)
4. Splitting the white kernal to remove water
5. White kernal is fed to the hot water tank by conwayer
6. Boiled kernal from hot water tank fed to disintegrator
7. Disintegrated DC is fed to the dryer
8. Dried DC is fed in to the shifter for separation of respective grads
9. Different grads packed separately in to the polyliner and sealed
10 Craft paper bag is stitched for export.
11 Completed bags ready for export
