We are engaged in providing a wide array of financial services to the public including Fixed Deposits, Savings Accounts, and Leasing Facilities. At present we have our presence in several prime locations in the country. We are looking for a dynamic, self–motivated and career-oriented person for our Company.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain HRIS for smooth HR operations.
• Manage performance evaluation and improvement plan.
• Participate and assist in the grievance and disciplinary procedure
• Prepare special reports to the management
• Assist the overall HR function in the organization.

The Person:
• Degree in Human Resources or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in HR.
• Experience in a financial institution would be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent Communication skills and ability to work with a team.
• Exposure to hsenid System would be an added advantage.
• Age below 30.

The Role:

• Designing and implementing company policies that promote a healthy work environment.

• Developing and implementing HR strategy in line with the corporate objectives.

• Setting objectives for the HR team and track progress.

• Monitoring and Reviewing the delivery of HR services and developing best practices.

• Identifying Training and Development needs within the organization.

• Developing and executing T&D strategy for the company.

• Assisting line managers and trainers to solve specific training problems.

• Organizing learning and development programs.

• Implementing employees’ career development paths with managers.

• Developing compensation and benefits plans.

• Ensuring HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner.

• Maintaining HR procedures that comply with labor regulations.

Requirements:



• Possess a bachelor’s degree In HRM or Business Management/ Related Professional Qualification. Master’s degree will have an added advantage.

• Have minimum 08-10 years of experience in the HR domain with at least 5years at a Managerial Level. Experience working in a Non- Banking Finance Industry will also be an added advantage.

• Be able to demonstrate excellent leadership, negotiation, Analytical, Interpersonal and communication skills.

• Possess a very strong Personality, liberal-minded, independent and maintain equality.

• Possess good IT Literacy

• Excellent command in English Language both written and oral.

The Job:
• Support LAN, WAN, network segments, Internet, and VPN.
• Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
• Troubleshoot problems reported by users and analyze and isolate issues.
• Mange network servers and technology tools.
• Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment and security.
• Ensure network connectivity throughout an organization’s LAN/WAN infrastructure.
• Proactively detect and mitigate and external security threats to applications by continuously monitoring the behavior patterns through system events/log and build and maintain effective firewall configurations while developing user-friendly reports and alerts to ensure the effectiveness of the controls.
• Design and deploy network, maintain network servers such as file server, domain server, cisco wireless and VPN gateways.
• Administrator servers, laptop and desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Sound knowledge in vulnerability assessment, pe*******on testing and IS auditing will be an added advantage.
• Sound knowledge in ISO 27001:2013 framework.

Qualifications:
• A Bachelor of Science degree in computing, IT or equivalent from recognized university and minimum 3 years working experience in similar capacity.
• Relevant industry certifications (CISSP,CCNA, C|HFI, C|EH, CISA, RHCE, MCSE, ISO 27001 LA) would be added advantage.
• Hands on experience with enterprise firewall administration.
