High liquidity means:

Tight bid-ask spreads (small difference between buying and selling prices)

High trading volume

Low liquidity means:

Wider bid-ask spreads

Choppy or erratic price movements

Lower trading volume

How to Identify Liquidity on a Chart

You can spot liquidity zones or areas of interest by observing where price reacts multiple times or consolidates before a strong move. These zones often indicate areas with large pending orders from institutions or major players.

Here are a few key ways to identify liquidity on a chart:

1. Swing Highs and Lows:
